What is Gaming for Hope?
Gaming For Hope is a annual gaming tournament that benefits Hopekids Minnesota. HopeKids uses the funds provided to them to provide children with Cancer or other life threatening diseases experiences that they and their family would otherwise not be able to have. This is our second year of the tournament and we hope to continue the event for years to come.
Tournament Details
The event lasts 2 days this year and consists of 4 different video games to play. We are playing a team based Overwatch Tournament, Apex tournament and Fortnite. The Hearthstone tournament will be a solo tournament. Rules and details for each game can be found below.
Prizes
Prizes will be provided by the vendor community and will be announced at a future date. The top 2 teams/finishers for each event will receive a prize. A 3rd place prize may be added depending on the number of team/participants registered in a particular event.
Auction Details
Each year we do a silent auction, 100% of the items in the auction are donated by the vendor community and 100% of the proceeds go to HopeKids Minnesota. The year the auction will span both event days. There will also be a raffle for an OPSEAT gaming chair valued at $295. Tickets for the raffle will be $10 and can be purchased at the event. there is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can buy.
Registration Details
Registration is currently open for all competitors, each game will be capped at a certain number of teams/players. Registions is $15 per competitor until April 1st when it will jump to $20 per competitor. Get your tickets at the link below!

When: Saturday May 18th(5/18/19) and Sunday May 19th(5/19/19)
May 18th – Overwatch and Hearthstone
May 19th – Apex Legends and Fortnite
Equipment: This is a bring your own device tournament if you wish to play on-site, if you will be playing remotely you will be required to join the Trinity Gamers Discord channel and we will communicate using that through out the tournament.
T-Shirts
T-Shirts are available for purchase at the event, each shirt will have event logo on the front with each of the sponsors on the back. There will be no name on the back of the shirts even though the proof below shows a name. Shirts can be pre-purchased at the registration link or we will have some available to purchase at the event until the run out.
